Enjoy a full weekend of fun, camaraderie, plant-based cooking classes, mindset mastery, movement, and learning.
Friday 7-9pm
Join us at the retreat location in Girdwood, Alaska, for a welcome reception. Meet your fellow weekenders, enjoy yummy, healthy snacks and non-alcoholic "mocktails."


Saturday
8am-9pm
Get ready for a busy, fun day filled with learning and great food.
7:15-7:45am: light movement/yoga
8:00-9:0am:Breakfast/cooking demo
9:00-11:00am: Weight Loss and Wellness in Midlife: So much changes, so much stays the same. In this workshop, we will explore how your body changes and how you can be your healthiest at any age. We'll be talking perimenopause, menopause solutions, and post-menopause life. We'll also talk about the emotional side of menopause and new challenges that affect us in our middle years.
11:00 - 11:15am: Break
11:15am - 12:30pm: Trust, Emotions, and Your Body. What do trust and your emotional state have to do with your body? Everything. This deep dive into the mind-emotions-body connection will set us up for our afternoon workshop.
12:30 - 1:45pm: Lunch/cooking demo.
1:30-2:30pm: Short Hike.
2:30-2:45pm: Break
2:45 - 4:15: Workshop: Creating Your Healthy Future to Today. Using the insights we glean from the Trust, Emotions, and Your Body workshop, we will create your individual plan for creating your healthiest body and life.
4:15-4:30pm: Short break
4:30-7:00pm: Dinner/cooking demo. OR light bites and Spa.
7:00-9:00pm light movement/meditation OR Spa Time OR Free Time

8am-11am
Our final day together. We start the day with some gentle movement and end the day with a plan for you to take home and implement right away.
8-9am: light movement/yoga
9-10am: Breakfast
10-11:30am: Review the weekend, final Q&A, Keeping the Momentum Alive.
